If you see this thing flying above you may want to make sure your not doing something you shouldn't be doing. According to this post both Miami and Houston have signed up for a Micro Air Vehicle:
The flying camera is called a Micro Air Vehicle made by Honeywell. The MAV is remote controlled, unarmed and unmanned and can soar over 10,000 feet. (See the Micro Air Vehicle here.) Miami-Dade police said only licensed pilots with the aviation unit will operate the devices because the airspace in the county is so busy.Only the Miami-Dade police department and the Houston police department were given permission by the FAA to experiment with the drones. "The capability of the unit is phenomenal," said Miami-Dade Detective Juan Villalba.The unmanned aircraft will be used during SWAT team and tactical operations, especially when officers need video of a heavily armed suspect.The Miami-Dade police department has not yet taken possession on its drone, but the Houston police department has and is already conducting tests.Miami-Dade hopes to use grant money to pay for the MAV. Officials said the units are pricey. Depending on the complexity of the system, they can cost several thousand dollars to more than a million.

New research suggests an added risk to losing sleep day after day: Humans and animals that have chronic sleep deprivation might reach a point at which the very ability to catch up on lost sleep is damaged, says Fred Turek, a sleep researcher at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
His research on sleep patterns in rats appeared this summer in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. That, together with findings from a human study, suggests people who lose sleep night after night might not recover the alertness they need to perform well during the day.
So far the studies don't tell researchers whether the damage is permanent. But they do suggest that people who go to work fatigued day after day might perform consistently at a subpar level.
"They may say, 'Hey, I'm doing fine. I don't need more sleep,' even as their performance on memory and attention tests goes down," Turek says.
Yeah so I want to explain a couple things before we pull the plug on the video gallery thing cause I think that may be a mistake but then again maybe not
I was listening to MNF and Tony was going on about Ricky Williams and he used this word that I knew but didn’t know and it jarred me:
recidivist, noun, adjective.
noun a person who relapses, especially a habitual criminal.
Ex. Major Lloyd-George ... described the recidivist, or persistent offender, as "the central problem of any penal system" (London Times).
adj. of recidivism.
Ex. Nobody can write off the condition of Quebec's jails and Quebec's appalling recidivist rate (Maclean's).
So I had to write it down as I was busy and today I look it up and realizing I haven’t done a video post in two weeks and I may be in trouble if I don’t do one soon. I decided ok maybe its time to sell the camcorder and use my fancy iMac wireless keyboard and talk to the peeps on what I feel with text instead of moving pixels that dance on your screen. Everyone uses moving pixels to dance and sell products to consumers who are broke and just charge it and that is why every other house in my neighborhood has a for sale sign and looks more like Highland Park everyday!
But you get to be kind of cynical of good times when they are followed by bad times for oh so long so you begin to understand that age brings the privilege of knowing nothing good or bad lasts forever. And so to panic in sleepless nights of anguish over that that will fix itself is quite foolish but that doesn’t stop you from doing it!
I thought I better get into the writing of my thoughts instead of digital imagery if I want to stay valid and the ticket brokers and this site will just have to be patient as ZuDfunck goes through yet another morphing.
ZuDfunck the Recidivist
It has a ring does it not? Not necessarily a criminal or a relapser but on the path to have habits that don’t dissipate and as a result becomes haunted by that that doesn’t go away or get resolved. Stuck on a carrousel of memories and misdeeds that circle around in haunting fashion when all is well and sucks away the joy of living and any peace of mind.
So it occurred to me do what the good lord intended me to do when I started blogging back in ’03 Blog…
Just blog… Don’t try to have a theme or a genre or a niche just link to what intrigues you and let the search engines sort it all out…

So I have all ways been intrigued by how a sports page gets made even though I read most of my sports off of the magnificent display of my iMac. This video displays the thought and effort that goes into creating the Sunday sports page for one of the nation's remaining good newspaper, or so I hear. Besides any paper that keeps Wilbon employed has to be patronized.
ZuD previews the sporting events for this weekend as well as divulging great deals on HDTVs being sold cheap on Black Friday. His theory the more HiDef owners the more pressure on Comcast to provide more HDTV channels to feed ZuDfunck's High Definition Addiction. Enjoy your Turkey!
