Dale Dodge Jr. Has a Name With a NASCAR Ring To It

This dudes name caught my attention as someone we may hear from down the road. He left a comment to an earlier post with a link to his site. Thought we would get his name out there and see what happens. So if your thinking of commenting here at ZuDfunck it can pay off. Give Dale Dodge Jr a ride.

You are incredibly awesome! Thanks for all you are doing. I just wish I could have finished a little better down in Atlanta on Saturday after the Nationwide race in front of all of the NASCAR people. I was there racing the Legends car. I had never been there before and no practice. My car was way too loose but I had to deal with it. I started the 20 lap event in 8th, by the third lap, I spun going into turn 3 and had to restart 14th. I regrouped and managed to wheel the car to a 7th place finish. It was like racing on a frozen lake in Alaska. Thanks...Dad...LOL I had a great time and am glad that I had the opportunity!

I am planning a trip to Bristol Motor Speedway on March 29/30 it will be a great time, with the best Legends drivers from all over the country. Hope to finish first!

Thanks for all of your efforts and interest, Dale A Dodge Jr. DAD Racing

Top 10 finish at Bristol.

38 Semi-Pros Entered Bristol

What an exciting time I had at Bristol!

Saturday I started the first heat race 4th, finished 4th. Started the second heat race 8th, finished 3rd. That put me in the field for the A Main. Out of the 38 drivers they started 24 in the A Main Feature. I started 16th and finished the 20 lap event in 11th.
We made a gear change for Sunday. Three rounds of practice and I was the 7th fastest car. We made another gear change and the stop watch had me in the top 3. I went out to qualify and the car would not turn. I qualified 20th. We knew something was wrong and after looking it over, found a broken steering bracket. We fixed the problem but I was way back in the field to start the event. The race was 40 laps or 20 minutes. I ended Sunday's race in 10th place.
Brought home a top 10 from Bristol. The cars in one piece. It was a good weekend.

Thanks for your interest, Dale Dodge Jr
